BACKGROUND

Our team helped to redesign The Humane Society of New York (HSNY) website. Our primary goal was to improve the nonprofit's website to make it more engaging, informative, and user-friendly. Our aim was to reflect and effectively communicate the organization's mission, values, and impact on their website, as well as increase the website's accessibility.

THE PROBLEM

It's a challenge for prospective pet owners to locate a website that is user-friendly and provides easy access to resources and pet adoption opportunities. Our research indicates that HSNY's website is overwhelming, lacks consistency in design, and fails to prioritize its resources or emphasize the organization's mission.

THE SOLUTION

Despite the fact that nearly 70% of households in the United States own a pet, animal adoption organizations and shelters continue to be inundated with stray animals on a daily basis. By creating a user-friendly website with a simple yet attractive design, individuals can fully immerse themselves in the joy of adopting a new furry family member.
